A new court date has been set for a Winnipeg man, charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, following a drug bust in the R.M. of Dauphin.
In March of 2021, Mounties pulled over a vehicle on Highway 5, about ten kilometres west of Ochre River, and after the driver refused to provide a breath sample, he was arrested.
A search of the vehicle led to the seizure of a large variety of cannabis products, about 195 grams of cocaine, cash, and an open bottle of liquor.
32-year-old Jory Rowe had his matter heard in Winnipeg Tuesday (July 25), and they were adjourned to next Tuesday (Aug. 1).
