Harvest operations in Saskatchewan are gaining momentum.
Saskatchewan Agriculture’s McKenzie Hladun says growers on the western side of the province are leading the charge, with harvest so far being mainly with fall seeded crops along with peas and lentils.
Province-wide, harvest is now 4% complete, ahead of the five-year and 10-year averages of two per cent.
