Two Kisbey residents charged in connection with a drug and firearm bust in that community in 2021, were back in Estevan Court of King’s Bench yesterday.
On November 23, 2021, officers searched a home in Kisbey, and seized a stolen firearm, 52 grams of cocaine, and an undisclosed amount of cash.
22-year-old Kiera Shingoose and 22-year-old Demetrius Standingready have been committed to stand trial in Estevan King’s Bench on weapon and drug charges.
They remain in custody, with their next pretrial appearances set for October 24th.
