Sentencing has been handed down to a Yorkton man, who admitted to child pornography, drug, and firearm charges.
Saskatchewan’s Internet Child Exploitation Unit investigated the online accessing of child pornography through a popular online social media application.
When the suspect was arrested in April of last year, his electronic devices were seized for further forensic analysis.
In Yorkton Court yesterday (Mon), 33-year-old Michael Stuckey-Gelowitz was sentenced to 498 days in jail going forward, and he will be placed on the national sex offender registry for twenty years.
