A woman charged in connection with a murder on the Sandy Bay Ojibway First Nation in June has made another appearance in Winnipeg Provincial Court.
26-year-old Fantasia Prince, of the Sandy Bay Ojibway First Nation, is charged with Second Degree Murder, and she remains in custody, to appear again next Tuesday, October 10th, in Sandy Bay.
On June 29th, the Manitoba First Nation Police Service were called to a Sandy Bay home, to a report of an injured female, and upon arrival, they found the body of a 24-year-old woman.
Mounties haven’t released the name of the victim.
