On December 16th, Mounties in Winnipegosis conducted a traffic stop on Highway 20 near Fork River.
During the stop, the officers observed drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle, and the driver was arrested.
A search of the male resulted in the seizure of $5000 in cash, 20 grams of cocaine, ammunition, several cell phones, along with other drug paraphernalia.
Lorne McKinnon, 55, was charged with multiple offences, including Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking and Failure to Comply.
He was remanded in custody.
