During the early morning hours on December 31st, Ste Rose RCMP responded to a report of a robbery with a firearm at a residence on Provincial Road 278 in the Ebb and Flow First Nation.
Officers were advised that five male suspects, three with a firearm and the others with bear spray, entered the home and assaulted two male and two female occupants.
The suspects arrived in a white pickup truck, stole a vehicle that belonged to one of the victims, and fled the scene.
A 33-year-old male victim was transported to the hospital in Dauphin in serious condition and was later transferred to Winnipeg, where he remains.
Two of the five suspects have been identified, and a warrant for their arrest has been issued for 27-year-old Braden Moar and 19-year-old Mason Moar.
