A new court date has been set for one of two men, accused of making an online threat to the Yorkton Regional High School last year.
On March 14th, there was a report of a threat to the school, but police determined there was no danger posed to the students or staff.
24-year-old Austin Ross of Yorkton pleaded guilty to Uttering Threats and Public Mischief on November 9th, and he’ll be back in Yorkton Court on April 8th, for sentencing.
His co-accused, 21-year-old Cole Swain of Margo, returns to court on January 30th.
