New Court Dates for Men Accused of Armed Robbery on Ebb & Flow First Nation

Two of three people arrested in connection with an armed robbery on the Ebb & Flow First Nation, have appeared in court again.

19-year-old Mason Moar was remanded in custody to next Tuesday in Dauphin, while 30-year-old Richard “Cole” Ross was denied bail, and will return to Dauphin Court on March 26th.

In the early morning hours of New Year’s Eve, Mounties were called to a home on the Ebb & Flow First Nation.

Two men and two women had been assaulted, with one man taken to hospital in serious condition.

The suspects then stole a vehicle belonging to one of the victims, and fled the scene.
