The rink was packed this past Friday night for the Swan Valley Stampeders – Amara’s Amigos game. The Stampeders donned the purple Amara’s Amigos jerseys, played their hearts out and raised a ton of money for the PROFYLE Program, through the CancerCare MB Foundation.

Eddie Q, from FOX FM, our sister station was at the game, and presented a $250.00 donation to the Campbell family. In November I was at the Empty Bobbin in Swan River selling the GX94 Christmas Goodies cookbook. From the proceeds raised that day we were able to give back, and make the donation this past Friday. Big thank you again to Julie from the Empty Bobbin for supporting the GX94 Christmas Goodies cookbook and having us at her store.
