Here are some tips on becoming a better singer than me:

Practice breathing exercises such as diaphragmatic breathing, where you fill your lungs from the bottom up, to develop better breath control. Remember, the more efficiently you control your breath, the longer and stronger you can hold those notes.

Experiment with different scales to identify your comfortable range, from low to high notes. This knowledge will help you choose songs that highlight your strengths and avoid straining your voice.
