I can’t help it, there’s just something so satisfying about driving through puddles. It brings out the childlike joy in me and makes me feel carefree for a moment. Sure, I understand Danny Ismond’s point about the potential damage to my car, but the thrill of driving through those puddles is just too tempting to resist.
Maybe I should consider investing in some rubber boots instead. That way, I can satisfy my inner child without putting my vehicle at risk. Nah! I’m definitely puddle shamed at work, but I just can’t help myself. Until I find a suitable alternative, I’ll continue to indulge in my guilty pleasure of puddle splashing. After all, life is too short to always play it safe, right!
Just wait, my next blog will be me writing about how my vehicle is in the shop getting work done on it because I went through too deep of a puddle/pot hole! And didn’t Olivia, the early 20 something year old just blog about how you SHOULDN’T be doing exactly what I’m doing. -Tonya Cherry-
