A new court date has been set for a former education assistant at Vibank Regional School, facing sexual exploitation charges.

In October of 2022, Indian Head RCMP received a report of inappropriate online communication between an adult female and a male student within the division.

During the investigation, a second male victim was identified within the division.

39-year-old Stacy Duke, of the R.M. of Francis, has been committed for trial in Regina Court of King’s Bench at a later date, but she’ll make her next pretrial appearance on May 17.
