A local Yorkton resident is one million dollars richer.

Principal of St. Michael’s Elementary School Steven Boucher couldn’t believe his eyes when he scratched his $5.00 SET FOR LIFE ticket.

When asked what he would do with the winnings, he said, “I’m going to pay off my bills and buy myself a house,”

“It feels like such a relief to be set going forward,” he added.

Boucher picked up his winning ticket at the Red Apple store at 166 2nd Ave West in Melville.
