A Manitoba man wanted on a number of outstanding warrants, has been arrested on the Ebb & Flow First Nation.

Last Thursday afternoon, Ste. Rose RCMP spotted the 31-year-old Portage la Prairie man on the reserve, but when they attempted a traffic stop, the suspect wouldn’t pull over.

The vehicle was found a short distance way after it had hit the ditch on a dead-end road, and the suspect fled on foot, but was eventually tracked down..

31-year-old Jesse St. Paul is charged with Driving While Prohibited, Flight From Police, and numerous firearms-related offences, and was scheduled to appear in Dauphin Court today (Wed).
