Sentencing Date Set for Yorkton Man who Admitted to Making Online Threats Against Yorkton Regional High School

A new court date has been set for one of two men, who admitted to making an online threat to the Yorkton Regional High School.

25-year-old Austin Ross of Yorkton, was in Yorkton yesterday (Mon), where he had his sentencing adjourned to May 13th.

His co-accused, 22-year-old Cole Swain of Margo, returns to court on April 23rd.

In March of last year, there was a report of a threat to the Yorkton Regional High School, but police determined there was no danger posed to students or staff.
