Swan River Mounties have made an arrest in relation to a stolen vehicle.
On April 4th, around 9:40 AM, RCMP was notified about a stolen vehicle.
It was reported that the suspect broke into the home, took the keys, and took off with the vehicle.
The stolen vehicle was successfully located later that day, and officers tactfully deployed a spike belt on Highway 10, bringing the driver to a halt a short distance away.
32-year-old Trisha Cook has been charged with many offences, including driving impaired, flight from police, and break and enter.
In addition, she was issued several provincial tickets under the Highway Traffic Act and the Liquor, Gaming, and Cannabis Control Act.
Swan River Mounties continue to investigate.
