A break for one of two men arrested in connection with a dangerous driving incident in Regina.
In Regina Court yesterday (Thu), the charges against 38-year-old Jeffrey Canada of Regina were stayed by the Crown Prosecutor.
His co-accused, 24-year-old Matthew Lerat-Polson of the Cowessess First Nation, was sentenced last week to 69 days in jail, followed by thirty days of probation, and a one year driving ban.
It stems from an incident on March 22nd in Regina, when a vehicle sped through a red light, and nearly hit a police vehicle.
