Passing Lanes to be built on Highway 10 between Melville and Fort Qu’Appelle

Saskatchewan Highways Minister Lori Carr announced Friday that the province will be building passing lanes on Highway 10, between Fort Qu’Appelle and Melville.

In a release, the province says the design phase of the project should be completed by early next year, and tendered in Spring of 2025.

Construction work will follow, pending weather conditions and contractor capacity.

The province says its passing lanes strategy makes highways safer for motorists, while keeping goods moving, to support the economy.
