Two People Charged in Yorkton Drug and Weapon Bust Get New Court Dates

New court dates have been set for two people charged, after a Yorkton RCMP officer checked a suspicious vehicle.

On the evening of January 18th, the Mountie noticed a vehicle with no lights on.

A search turned up crystal meth, fentanyl, drug trafficking paraphernalia, a baton, and I-D cards not belonging to the occupants of the vehicle.

26-year-old Donovan Straightnose of Yorkton appeared in court today (Fri), where he had his matters adjourned to Monday.

26-year-old Kaylee Turnbull of the Keeseekoose First Nation is scheduled to appear in Regina Court next Thursday.
