Murder charge laid in weekend death on Ochapowace F.N.

A 32-year-old Ochapowace First Nation man has been charged in connection with a suspicious death on the reserve over the weekend.

Around 6:45 Saturday morning, Broadview RCMP were called to an Ochapowace home, to assist paramedics, and upon arrival at the scene, they found an injured man, who was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS.

The deceased has been identified as 32-year-old Elias Still of the Ochapowace First Nation.

32-year-old Dustyn Allary  was later arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder, and after making his first court appearance in Yorkton Monday, he was remanded in custody, to appear in Broadview on Wednesday.
