Ochapowace First Nation Murder Suspect Appears in Court

An Ochapowace First Nation man charged with Second Degree Murder for a death on the reserve, has appeared in court again.

32-year-old Dustyn Allary was in Broadview yesterday (Wed), where he was remanded in custody to May 8th.

Last Saturday, Broadview RCMP were called to a home on the Ochapowace First Nation.

32-year-old Elias Still was pronounced dead at the scene.
