A second male has been charged after an RCMP investigation into the Homicide of an Oxbow, Saskatchewan woman.
24-year-old Taylor Japp of Oxbow has been charged with second-degree murder of 28-year-old Brianna Hayes.
He is scheduled to appear in Regina Provincial Court on Monday.
27-year-old Tyler Shaw of Gainsborough appeared by phone today in Regina.
The Crown opposed the release, and Shaw has been remanded to his next court date on May 9 in Estevan for a bail hearing in King’s Bench court.
He was charged with accessory after the fact of murder.
