A new court date has been set for a man accused of killing an Oxbow woman.

Last Thursday, the body of 28-year-old Brianna Hayes was discovered at a rural location in the R.M. of Moose Mountain.

24-year-old Taylor Japp of Oxbow is charged with second degree murder, and he appeared in Carlyle Provincial Court yesterday, where he was remanded in custody, to appear again next Wednesday.

The other man charged, 27-year-old Tyler Shaw of Gainsborough, is in custody charged with accessory after the fact to murder, and he’ll appear in Estevan on May 9.
