Two men charged in connection with the death of an Oxbow woman last month, were back in court this week.
On Wednesday, 24-year-old Taylor Japp, of Oxbow appeared in Carlyle and was remanded in custody, to appear there again next Wednesday, on a charge of Second Degree Murder.
His co-accused, 27-year-old Tyler Shaw of Gainsborough, remains in custody, charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder, and he appeared in Estevan yesterday, with his matter adjourned to June 6 in Weyburn
On April 25, the body of 28-year-old Brianna Hayes was found at a rural location in the R.M. of Moose Mountain.
