Woman Gets Probation for her Role in Serious Assault in Grenfell

One of two people arrested after a report of a serious assault in Grenfell, has admitted her guilt.

Broadview RCMP say it happened November 22nd, when they received a call about an altercation between a group of individuals, and a man was taken to hospital with injuries described as serious.

In Broadview Court, 25-year-old Tracey McNabb of Regina pleaded guilty to Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose, and was sentenced to 12 months of probation.

Her co-accused, 30-year-old Kyle Wood of Regina, is scheduled to return to court on August 28 for a Preliminary Inquiry.
