Prison Sentence for Pine Creek First Nation Woman Convicted of Attempted Murder

A Pine Creek First Nation woman arrested in connection with two assaults in Dauphin, has been found guilty of Attempted Murder.

50-year-old Kathleen Flatfoot was in Dauphin Court yesterday (Mon), where she was sentenced to 13 years in prison, less time already served in custody.

In March of last year, Mounties found a 49-year-old Pine Creek First Nation woman, suffering from life-threatening injuries.

A short distance away, they found a 66-year-old Dauphin man with serious injuries as well.
