Yorkton RCMP continue to investigate a fatal vehicle/ pedestrian collision near the city.

It happened last Wednesday night near the intersection of Highway 10 and Queen Street.

The pedestrian, a 41-year-old Waywayseecappo First Nation man, was pronounced dead by emergency crews.

Police say the driver remained at the scene.
