A new court date has been set for one of two men, accused of making an online threat to the Yorkton Regional High School.

22-year-old Cole Swain of Margo will return to court on August 6.

His co-accused, 25-year-old Austin Ross of Yorkton, previously admitted his guilt, and is scheduled to be sentenced on June 21.

In March of last year, there was a report of a threat to the Yorkton Regional High School, but police determined there was no danger posed to students or staff.
