An Ochapowace First Nation man charged with Second Degree Murder for a death on the reserve, has appeared in court again.
32-year-old Dustyn Allary was in Broadview yesterday (Wed), where he was remanded in custody to July 17 .
On April 20, Broadview RCMP were called to a home on the Ochapowace First Nation.
32-year-old Elias Still was pronounced dead at the scene.
