Another court appearance for an Ontario resident, accused of stealing a semi-unit near Moosomin.
In September of 2022, Moosomin RCMP received a report of a stolen pickup truck towing a trailer on Highway 1.
The suspects then allegedly stole a semi-unit parked at the weigh scale, before they were arrested.
In Moosomin Tuesday, 32-year-old Kyle Duck was remanded in custody to August 20.
His co-accused, 20-year-old Brianna Wiebe pleaded guilty to one count each of Robbery and Mischief in June, and she remains in custody, with sentencing set for August 20 in Moosomin, when the remaining charges against her will be spoken to.
