One of  four people arrested in connection with a robbery and a serious assault in Yorkton, has appeared in court again.

A trial was held for 35-year-old Kyle Bodnarek of Yorkton on Tuesday, and the matter was adjourned to October 4 for decision.

On January 8, Yorkton RCMP received a report of a serious assault that occurred on Tupper Avenue.

A man was taken to hospital with injuries described as serious.
