A new court date has been set for an Ochapowace First Nation man, charged with Second Degree Murder for a death on the reserve.
32-year-old Dustyn Allary was in Broadview yesterday (Wed), where he had his matter adjourned to October 9.
On April 20, Broadview RCMP were called to an Ochapowace residence.
32-year-old Elias Still of Ochapowace was pronounced dead at the scene.
