RCMP are searching for one of two people who escaped from The Pas Correctional Centre around 7:00 Monday night.
One inmate was apprehended a short time later, but Mounties are still looking for 29-year-old Brandon Anderson, of Nelson House.

He is described as being six feet tall, weighing 170 pounds, and he was last seen wearing grey sweat pants with a yellow stripe, and a grey t-shirt or sweat shirt.
Mounties say he has a history of weapons offences, and is considered dangerous.
Police are asking residents of The Pas to turn on exterior lights, make sure doors and windows are locked, stay indoors, and to call 911, if they see any suspicious activity.
