The Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League is out with the weekly award and Yorkton Terriers forward and local product Vinak Junek was rewarded with SJHL’s Rookie of the Week.
The 19 year old had a three point week including a two-goal performance in the Terriers victory in Estevan on Sunday.
Jacob Strizzi (MVP), Kye Benoche (Forward), Ryder Knutson (Defenceman), & Dazza Mitchell (Goalie) all of the Humboldt Broncos and Kindersley forward Dawson Karol (Sask. born Player of the Week) were also honoured.
