A man arrested in connection with a fatal shooting on the Ebb & Flow First Nation, has appeared in court again.
53-year-old Cyril St. Paul is charged with Manslaughter, and in Dauphin Provincial Court yesterday (Thu), he was remanded in custody to March 25.
On December 15, Ste. Rose RCMP responded to a report of a shooting on a highway near Ebb & Flow.
They found a 34-year-old man lying beside a truck, and he was taken to hospital in Dauphin, where he died from his injuries.
