Spring is officially in the air, and for me, that means one thing: Baseball is back! Forget about the Groundhog and its shadow; the true herald of spring is the crack of the bat and the pop of the glove. It’s no coincidence that as Spring Training begins, the temperatures climb by a glorious 40 degrees – it’s like Mother Nature herself is cheering for the return of baseball.
Tomorrow marks the start of the Spring season for our beloved Blue Jays, and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Every year, I find myself saying, “This is the year!” And why not? There’s something magical about the promise of a new season, the potential for greatness, and the thrill of the game.
