A Stoughton man charged in connection with a November, 2023 break and enter at a gas plant near Kisbey, has made his first court appearance.
33-year-old Trent Raynard was arrested Monday in Stoughton, and he appeared Tuesday in Weyburn, where he was remanded in custody for a bail hearing on March 4.
He faces theft, mischief and stolen property charges, after items including electronics, tools and a camper trailer were stolen from the business, and later recovered when RCMP searched a property near Arcola.
In May, 2024, charges against a Stoughton woman arrested in the case were stayed by the Crown.
