The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit has charged a Hudson Bay man with child exploitation offences.
In December of 2024, the Sask ICE Unit commenced an online investigation relating to child pornography.
Last Wednesday, the Saskatchewan ICE Unit executed a search warrant at a home in Hudson Bay, where electronic devices were examined and seized by investigators.
As a result, 43-year-old Jess Edwin Binkley of Hudson Bay was charged with one count each of possession of child pornography, making available child pornography and access child pornography.
Binkley appeared in court that same day and has been released on numerous conditions with his next court appearance is set for June 5 in Hudson Bay.
