A new development in the case of a man arrested in connection with a fatal shooting on the Ebb & Flow First Nation.
As a result of the investigation, the manslaughter charge against 53-year-old Cyril St. Paul has been elevated to a charge of Second Degree Murder, and he remains in custody, to appear in Dauphin Provincial Court on May 13.
On December 15, Ste. Rose RCMP responded to a report of a shooting on a highway near Ebb & Flow, where they found a 34-year-old man lying beside a truck, and he was taken to hospital in Dauphin, where he died from his injuries.
