A new development in the case of a Dauphin man, who answered his front door while brandishing a rifle.
Mounties say the incident occurred when they knocked on the suspect’s door last November.
After the man surrendered, police say they seized a loaded firearm and a small amount of ammunition.
37-year-old Ryan Fosseneuve was in Dauphin Provincial Court yesterday (Tue), where he admitted his guilt, and was sentenced to six months in jail, to be followed by a two year weapons ban.
