Fire at Qu’Appelle Fire Department property under investigation

Indian Head RCMP are investigating a suspicious fire, that was set at the Qu’Appelle Fire Rescue Training Centre over the weekend.

Mounties say the fire was set sometime Saturday, May 3, with the use of fireworks, and damage to the building and property of the Qu’Appelle Fire Department is estimated at $15-thousand.

Witnesses say a white truck was spotted in the area at the time of the incident.
