A new court date has been set for a Hudson Bay man, arrested in connection with a firearm trafficking investigation.
In March of last year, RCMP raided a home in the Hudson Bay area, and seized forty rifles, two handguns, about twenty more firearms in various states of disassemble, and more than ten-thousand rounds of ammunition.
They also confiscated illegal cigarettes, mint coins and gold jewelry believed to be stolen, and small amounts of cocaine and crystal meth.
In Melfort Provincial Court yesterday (Mon), 57-year-old Steven Bondy was remanded in custody to June 5, in Hudson Bay.
