A man arrested in connection with a break and enter in Dauphin, has appeared in court again.
In the early morning hours of April 29, Mounties were called to a home, where they say a break and enter led to threats against a female occupant, and a dog being injured.
While making an arrest, police say the suspect resisted, and they had to use a conducted energy weapon to bring him into custody.
38-year-old Sheldon “Benny” Chartrand of Dauphin was in Dauphin Provincial Court yesterday (Mon), where he was remanded in custody to next Monday.
