Cornerstone, Conexus and Synergy Credit Unions have announced that member voting on a potential merger will take place from June 3-13.
Over 200-thousand members from 57 total branches across the three credit unions are eligible to vote.
A special virtual meeting will be held on June 3 at 5:15 p.m., and online voting will open at 6:30 p.m., after the meeting wraps up.
The meeting will involve a question-and-answer session, a presentation of the amalgamation agreement and resolution to merge, and information on how to vote.
If approved, the merger would take effect on January 1, and members can find more information at their respective credit union websites, including www.cornerstonecu.com.
