The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) advises that the Melville Primary Health Care Clinic has been relocated from 175 3rd Avenue East due to water-related issues.
Effective immediately, all in-person appointments will take place in the Community Services wing at St. Peter’s Hospital, 200 Heritage Drive, Melville.
On June 12, the clinic’s phone number will change to 1-306-760-2400. Until then, patients can continue to call 1-306-728-4466. For the latest contact details, visit the clinic’s listing on the SHA website.
Patients will still have full access to care and appointment booking with their regular providers.
The SHA thanks the community for its understanding and remains committed to providing quality care while long-term relocation plans are developed.
