A new court date has been set for an Ochapowace First Nation man, charged with Second Degree Murder, after a death on the reserve.
33-year-old Dustyn Allary was in Broadview Provincial Court yesterday (Wed), where he was remanded in custody to June 25.
In April of last year, Broadview RCMP were called to an Ochapowace residence on a report of an injured man.
32-year-old Elias Still of Ochapowace, was pronounced dead at the scene.
