Okay, I don’t think I’ve ever had so many people, from my coworkers to my own mom, telling me to watch a TV show. Even my boss was talking about how good The Pitt is! With that kind of buzz, I had to check it out for myself. And honestly? Everyone was right. This show is SO good, I binged it all in just three days. #NoRegrets.
What makes The Pitt really cool is that the entire season happens in just a single shift at a hospital in Pittsburgh. Each episode is one hour of that shift, and as you go along, you get to know both the staff and the patients in a way that feels super real and personal. The drama? Intense. The emotions? All over the place. And since it’s an HBO show, they don’t hold back. Seriously, there’s an episode with a woman giving birth and they show everything. Like, EVERYTHING. So, just a heads up, this one’s definitely for adults.
Of course, I already have a favourite character: Dr. Mel King. She’s so sweet, kind, and caring. I just love her! I can’t wait to see what happens with her next season.

Speaking of next season, I’m dying to know what they’ll do! Will it be the next day at the hospital? Or maybe the same day but a year later? Whatever they decide, I’m totally here for it.
If you haven’t watched The Pitt yet, I highly recommend giving it a try. It really does live up to the hype!
