A Gainsborough man charged with being involved in the death of an Oxbow woman, has appeared in court again.
In April of last year, the body of 28-year-old Brianna Hayes was found at a rural location in the R.M. of Moose Mountain.
28-year-old Tyler Shaw is charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder, and in Estevan Provincial Court Monday, he had his matter adjourned to July 21.
His co-accused, 25-year-old Taylor Japp, of Oxbow, is charged with Second Degree Murder, and he’s been committed to stand trial at a later date.
