Charge stayed for Duck Bay man in connection with April incident at Dauphin home

An update in the case of a man arrested in connection with in Dauphin involving damage to a home.

In the early morning hours of April 29, Mounties were called to a home on Alexandria Street, where a number of windows had been broken, before the suspect fled on foot.

A short time later, patrolling officers arrested 28-year-old Jonathan Parenteau, of Duck Bay.

He had been charged with Mischief Under $5,000, but on May 23 in Dauphin, that charge was stayed by the Crown, after he pleaded guilty to unrelated charges.
